●       Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

●       Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed and shipped the following week.

●       Deliveries within Cairo and Giza are estimated to arrive within 48 hours.

●       Deliveries outside of Cairo and Giza will take 2-3 business days.

●       We do not currently offer international shipping, but it's coming soon!

●       Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

●       You may open and inspect your package upon delivery.

●       If you choose to return an item after opening the package, a delivery fee will apply.

●       Returns are only accepted for defective items. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

●       Customers are responsible for all delivery fees associated with exchanges.
